Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of a project private. This includes proprietary designs, business strategies, and other sensitive information. RAKE Design Build will not share any confidential information without the client’s express permission, except as required by law.

RAKE Design Build will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that arise from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption. In no event will RAKE Design Build’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

• Client Termination: You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to RAKE Design Build. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying for any services already completed up to the termination date.
• RAKE Design Build Termination: We may terminate our agreement if the client fails to meet their obligations, including timely payments or providing necessary materials.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be exclusively brought in the courts located in California.

RAKE Design Build reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
